The Lake Grove PTA Auction is our largest and most exciting "adult-only" fundraising and community building event of the year! This event is designed to bring together the LGE parents and community members for an evening of laughs, delicious food, drinks and dancing late into the night! All this, while raising money for the school, 100% of which goes directly to LGE. The proceeds from the auction are used to provide many services to the students.
This year, our main focus is on providing EVO classroom kits for the STEM lab and post-storm support for the teachers and the classrooms that were damaged. Please see our “Community impact” page for more details.
Your ticket purchase includes a welcome glass of champagne, food by Pearl Catering, 2 drink tickets, late night snacks, a Sloshypop, a photobooth, DJ and dancing!
Yes! We suggest you reach out to your favorite teacher or staff member to confirm they can attend prior to purchasing. We provide a 40% discount code for faculty and staff, email Jessica or Emily for more information.
Doors open at 6:15. Upon check in, you will be given an envelope with your bidder number that you will use for the silent and live auction, drink tickets, and any raffle tickets previously purchased online. There will be a social hour which includes time to mingle, eat, use the photo booth and browse the silent auction tables.
Live auction starts at 8 pm. Post-auction, there will be dancing and socializing along with a 50/50 raffle later in the evening. Silent auction items close at the end of the evening and winners will be notified. The event ends at 11:30 pm
Yes! This is encouraged, to make auction night run smoothly. When you purchase your tickets, you have the option to add your credit card information. You can also provide your credit card info upon check in the night of the auction.
Our auction this year has heavy appetizers and no assigned seating. There will be plenty of seats available for those who want to sit during the live auction.
You will receive an email from Jessica or Emily and we will coordinate a time to drop off any items you won!
The Sitter Setter, a local boutique childcare agency that provides background checked and highly qualified babysitters is offering a $0 registration fee and 50% off the booking fee for Cougar Night. Visit their website to register your family: www.thesittersetter.com. When you create a new booking, please include “Lake Grove Elementary Cougar Night” in the notes of the booking and they will apply the discount. It is recommended that you book early!

Great! When you visit the auction website, click on the donate button. There you will find a form to enter your information for the donation. We are still looking for donations - everything from vacation getaways to restaurant gift certificates. If it’s something you would bid on - it’s something worth donating. We are especially interested in unique experiences! If you have any questions about donating, please email Jessica or Emily.
This year, we are suggesting semi formal attire.
Cougar Night will be held at The Foundry at Oswego Pointe –
320 Oswego Pointe Drive – in downtown Lake Oswego.
The Foundry at Oswego Pointe has ample parking available. Or, consider a rideshare or taxi to get you safely to and from the auction.
